ConnectAbility of MN, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing a range of programs and services to assist individuals with disabilities throughout the state of Minnesota, is seeking your support for our fundraising initiative aimed at growing our Assistive Technology Lab

Our Assistive Technology Lab plays a vital role in creating inclusive communities by providing technology access and support to individuals with diverse needs. The lab’s main goal is to empower individuals to overcome challenges and participate fully in various aspects of life. We focus on areas such as vision, hearing, mobility, education, employment, and community support through the implementation of cutting-edge Assistive Technologies.

ConnectAbility of MN believes in the power of community, and your support will contribute to the continued success of our mission. We invite you to be part of this transformative journey by donating to Mobility Ability Trail and growing our Assistive Technology Lab.

How Does It Work?

A team from ConnectAbility of Mn will be partnering within the 30 different communities for a location for 2 hour stops.  During this time will be sharing more about what the Assistive Technology Lab is and how it makes a difference.  We will share what equipment needs to be added through charitable giving.
We will also be accepting durable medical equipment as a donation for our Donated Equipment Program.  We will provide a charitable tax donation receipt for your donated items.  In addition, we will be bringing durable medical items with us to donate back into each community, at no cost.

Assistive Technology Lab

The goal of an Assistive Technology Lab is to provide technology access and support for individuals with physical and invisible barriers.

This Lab allows individuals the opportunity to learn about a variety of Assistive Technologies and try it out in person.

ConnectAbility of MN’s Assistive Technology Lab focuses on vision, hearing, mobility, education, employment, and community support through Assistive Technology.

Donated Equipment Program

ConnectAbility of MN has an amazing Donated Equipment Program.  Our programs benefit both sides of the donations.

As a donor, we provide a place to bring your used accessibility equipment.  We provide a charitable donation tax receipt and ensure that the equipment will be provided to someone else who can use it at no cost to them.

As a recipient, we provide clean, refurbished equipment to people or families that need it at no cost.
